The 2025 International Conference on Small Area Estimation, Survey and Data Science (SAE-2025) will take place in Turin, Italy, on July 7-11, 2025. The conference is a World Statistical Congress WSC 2025 Satellite Meeting and is co-sponsored by the International Association of Survey Statisticians (IASS), the International Association of Official Statistics (IAOS). The conference will feature two short courses and three keynote speakers: Partha Lahiri (Professor and Director, Joint Program in Survey Methodology, University of Maryland at College Park), Raymond Chambers (Honorary Professorial Fellow, Australian National University, Canberra, and University of Wollongong, Australia), and Mariana Kotzeva (Director General, Eurostat). There will also be various invited and contributed sessions and a panel discussion on Opportunities and challenges for official statistics in a digital era.
