IAOS Executive Committee Code of Conduct

At the March 2024 meeting, the IAOS Executive Committee endorsed the IAOS Code of Conduct for Executive Members. All Executive Members (elected, co-opted and special invitees) are now bound by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct, together with the revision of the IAOS statutes is in response to the implementation of the Act on Management and Supervision of Legal Entities (MSLE) Act in the Netherlands, and changes in IAOS operating practices.
